NLFITNESS CLASSES PAUSED:UPDATE COMING SOON

These yoga sessions will be flexibility-focused and will aim to iron out the kinks of life and make you grin!

Yoga for should be for your body always. It doesn’t matter whether every version of the same pose in a room looks different. Some days tiredness will make balancing harder, or we might feel less coordinated, or our left foot just doesn’t want to point in that direction, and that’s cool; it’s what makes us individual, and some days we might be firing on all cylinders and feeling ready to fly! Our skeletons are as individually constructed as our lives and we should celebrate that and do the yoga that our bodies need in that moment. Yoga is as much about the time you are giving yourself, the connectivity with your body and the giggles with friends, as it is the asanas, i.e. the shapes we pull.

 

  • The class is held at Calstock Boatyard, Lower Kelly, Calstock PL18 9RY. If you are coming for the first time I will meet you and bring you to the studio.

  • £8 Per Class. Payment is due at the point of booking.

  • The class is 60 minutes long, from 19:15 to 20:15, but you can arrive from 19:00 as the 15 minute until start is to allow people to chat and catch up before a 19:15 prompt start. This is a change from the previous class format but I think the sociable time is important!

  • Yoga will be every Tuesday from the 10th September 2024.

  • If you have yoga kit (mat, blocks, strap) then bring it, however, I do have a good number of complete sets of lendable kit which you are very welcome to borrow during the session. If you would like to borrow kit, please tick the box at the point of booking. There is no charge for this.

  • The serious bit...Missed sessions are non-refundable or transferable. If you need to cancel your booking please give 24 hours notice. That said, I’m human and I know that sometimes life stuff happens, so talk to me when it does.
